Atlas Podiatry is a Podiatry clinic located in the heart of Singapore – Orchard Road.

The name “Atlas” is inspired by the Titan God Atlas who supports the heavens on his shoulders and personified the quality of endurance. Similarly, Atlas Podiatry envisions to support our patients’ (and their feet) through their journey with us.

Atlas Podiatry is helmed by a team of senior podiatrists who are fellowship-trained overseas, under the Health Manpower Development Program (HDMP). We adopt the latest technologies and evidence-based treatments for our clients.

Featured Services

Customized Insoles/Orthotic Therapy

Every foot is different, even our own two feet are not the same. It is important to be checked by a Podiatrist before you embark on your orthotic journey to ensure you have the appropriate clinical foot orthotic device for your condition. A well prescribed foot orthotics should be comfortable after the adaption period and should be pain-free for your daily activities and exercises.

Footwear Fitting/Recommendations

Shoes serve many functions, but their primary intent has always been to protect our feet.  Footwear fitting thus must be tailored to individual needs. Whether you are an athlete, working class individual, home-maker, or even a parent buying shoes for your child, finding the right type of footwear is important to treat / prevent lower limb injuries.

Extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) is a non-invasive, highly safe treatment for chronic musculoskeletal pain. It is widely used as part of the treatment for people with chronic shoulders, back, lower limb and foot pain due to its high success in eliminating pain.

Skin Care

Your skin is your body’s largest organ, hence it is important to take care of your skin! Good skin care can help prevent various skin diseases and problems, such as fungal infections, warts and calluses.

Nail Care

It is important to take care of our nails, for both health as well as cosmetic reasons. Good nail care can prevent fungus infections of the nail, painful ingrown fingernails and toenails, and infections of the skin in the hands and feet.

Wound Care

When a wound develops, it is important to keep it clean, covered and dry. Seeking medical help promptly will allow for optimal wound healing to take place early, more treatment options as well as increased chances of limb preservation and improved quality of life.

Diabetic Foot Management

People with diabetes are at risk of foot problems and complications that develop due to prolonged periods of high sugar levels in the bloodstream. Diabetic foot problems and complications are common in Singapore, with hospitals performing around 4 diabetes-related amputations a day, or about 1500 amputations a year.

Physical therapy, also known as physiotherapy, helps to promote, maintain, or restore health through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, patient education, physical intervention, rehabilitation, disease prevention and health promotion.
