Ms. Cindy Lau is the Head of Operations at Livingstone Health. She manages the daily operations of the Group, providing both her administrative and clinical expertise. Responsible for the operations and all administrative functions, Cindy focuses on the overall growth of business operations and strategies for the Group.
Prior to her engagement at Livingstone Health, Cindy helmed the establishment of Medical Centres in Singapore, China and Vietnam; having gained experience both locally and internationally. With two decades of clinical experience, Cindy is also a certified professional Nurse Clinician who specializes in intensive care medicine and chronic interventional pain management. She is one of Singapore’s Pioneer Chronic Interventional Pain Nurse Clinicians who started the Chronic and Interventional Pain Management Service in Tan Tock Seng Hospital and Women’s Pain Center in KK Women’s and Children’s hospital. She spearheaded various clinical nursing programs, including Singapore’s first intensive rehabilitation program for difficult pain conditions.
Aside from her day-to-day responsibilities, Cindy has also been invited to speak at International platforms in China, Vietnam and Indonesia; and local platforms with Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies, National University of Singapore. She was also Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic School of Health Sciences. Cindy has been recognized as a Fellow of the Health Manpower Development Plan and was awarded the MOH-SingHealth Critical Talent Special Recognition Award.
Cindy holds a Master’s in Health Science (Ed) from the University of Sydney, Australia.
