Dr. Kevin Koo is a fellowship-trained consultant orthopaedic surgeon. He was previously the Director of Foot and Ankle Service at the Singapore General Hospital and has more than 15 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Kevin Koo graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from NUS in 2003. He was appointed as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009 and subsequently as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Orthopaedics and Trauma) in 2014. In 2013, he obtained a Master of Medicine (Orthopaedic Surgery) from NUS and was appointed as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 2015.
Dr. Kevin Koo’s practice interests include foot and ankle surgery, joint replacements, sports injuries and minimally invasive surgery. He has published in various peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented extensively at orthopaedic conferences. Dr. Kevin Koo is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Duke-NUS Medical School. He is also a visiting consultant with the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at SGH.
